I had a hair growth spurt and just couldn't wait another 2 weeks till my next appointment with Catrina. Message to New Hair & Beauty Lounge with my 2 available Saturday dates. Reply was, unfortunately no available Saturdays till my next appointment. THEN Catrina messaged and fitted me in on my 1st Saturday date..BRILLIANT.....during our chat I then discovered Catrina had GIVEN UP her LUNCH BREAK !!! THAT is what I call GREAT Customer Service 😘 I just L❤ the friendly team and vibes in the salon every time I visit... It feels like being surrounded by friends having coffee and chats. Well Done New Hair & Beauty Lounge. See you in March xx

Love the New Hair & Beauty Lounge in Witham. Catrina and her team are lovely and always so welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The atmosphere in the Salon is bright and vibrant and lots of room between stations so you are not ontop of other customers/clients. Decor is stylish and smart, love the colours. The prices are great too especially for high standards of treatments/cuts/colours received. I would undoubtedly recommend to my friends/family.Always look forward to my appointments, they make a great coffee too! X

I’ve chopped and changed salons in Witham for year’s owing to closures etc but I’ve stuck with Catrina since we met and she’s been fantastic. The salon is lovely, high specification and the team are superb. The team are always very flexible and fit me in when I need a cut most. A relaxed atmosphere with plenty of engagement and laughter.

You should definitely give this salon a try. All the girls are very welcoming, always so happy. Donna did my hair. She is good at what she does. Very good atmosphere. Prices are very good compared to other salons. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks New Hair & Beauty Lounge.xx

It’s such a lovely atmosphere, you feel so welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. Donna really helped me feel relaxed as I get such anxiety of people touching my hair. I completely trust Donna and would recommend to anyone to get their hair done by new hair and beauty lounge :)

Amazing salon! Love the atmosphere in there, you can have a laugh and a chat with all of the ladies who work there which makes the experience so much better. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!☺️

Great salon & service. Wouldn’t trust anyone but Donna with my hair! If you’re looking for a salon with a comfortable and happy atmosphere, this is the place!

In my opinion the best salon in Witham, brilliant hair cut and colour every time. The attractive salon and friendly staff mean I will not be going anywhere else for my hair! Basically I can not recommend New Hair and Beauty Lounge highly enough.

What an amazing salon! Everyone is so friendly, the atmosphere is really relaxed and welcoming too. Donna works wonders with my hair and it’s the most reasonably priced salon I’ve found. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
